Our Yorkshire Forced Rhubarb & Tonka Bean Preserve is crafted in small batches using delicately grown forced rhubarb from traditional sheds in Yorkshire.
We gently cook the fruit with just enough organic cane sugar to let the natural flavours shine.
Finished with a fragrant infusion of tonka beans.The result is bright, vibrant, and delicately spiced.
Spread, swirl, or spoon to your heart’s delight.
Ingredients:
Rhubarb, Organic Sugar, Citric Acid, Pectin, Tonka Beans
Prepared with 70g fruit and 30g sugar per 100g jam.
Refrigerate after opening and consume within 3 weeks.
Each jar contains 240g and has a shelf life of 9 months from production.

The Plantisserie follows Industry best standards when it comes to allergen control.
Please note all products are produced in a kitchen that handles the following allergens:
CEREALS CONTAINING GLUTEN (WHEAT, BARLEY, RYE, OATS),
SOYA, SESAME, NUTS(all tree nuts), SULPHUR DIOXIDE, MUSTARD.
Packaging
The Plantisserie is commited to using as many low and zero waste products and packaging where possible. We use recyclable, compostable or biodegradable packaging.
Boxes - These can be recycled with your household recycling.
Tissue paper - This is made for 100% recycled materials, it is recyclable, compostable and biodegradable. The ink used is plant-based.
Labels & Paper - These can be recycled with your household card & paper.
Twine - Please re-use, this is also 100% natural and biodegradeable.
Postal Delivery
Postage date: Every Wednesday.
Cut off for Wednesday postage is Tuesday at 6pm.
Any orders after this will be sent the following Wednesday.
