These terms form the basis of the contract between The Customer (you) and The Plantisserie (Charlotte Lock). It is The Customers responsibility to check that all details are accurate and correct when receiving your order confirmation. Any reference images provided by The Customer will be used as a guide, The Plantisserie will not produce exact replicas. Any quotes provided are valid for 30 days. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and date. Payment must be made via bank transfer. Once deposit has been paid you are in a legally binding contract with The Plantisserie. Final payment is due 14 days before the order is due to be collected or delivered. For last minute orders, payment must be made at least 24 hours before the collection/delivery date & time. Any late payments may result in a hold being put on your order. Delivery/Collection: Upon delivery or collection of the order, products will comply with all details provided by The Customer in the Order Confirmation. All products will comply with statutory and regulatory UK food safety requirements. The Plantisserie is not responsible for any defect to products if you store, transport or use them in a way that is not recommended by The Plantisserie. The Plantisserie is not responsible for any damage to products once collected by The Customer. If delivery is being made by The Plantisserie to a venue or event, The Plantisserie will obtain evidence (a photograph) and signature of a responsible person nominated by The Customer(or The Customer themselves). This will be confirmation of safe delivery of the goods. The Plantisserie is not liable for any damage to the products after safe receipt of goods to the venue. If a collection or delivery is missed, you may be charged a fee(for rescheduled delivery). Rescheduled collection/delivery times will depend on my availability. If I do not hear from you within 12 hours of the original collection/delivery window the order will be cancelled and this will be non-refundable. Cancellations: Any cancellations, amendments or postponements must be made at least 14 days before the collection/delivery date. Any deposits are non-refundable but will be paid forward for future orders on a date agreed(subject to availability). In the unlikely event that The Plantisserie has to cancel your order, any monies paid will be refunded in full. The Plantisserie has the right to cancel, amend or suspend this contract if events occur which are in the nature of force majeure. This includes but is not limited to; fire, floods, storm, plant breakdown, hostilities, non-availability of stock/ingredients or any other event which is outside of the control of The Plantisserie. The Plantisserie is not liable for any breach of contract due to such an event. Ingredients & Allergens: All products are freshly made to order and contain no artifical additives or preservatives. All products will be provided with full allergen list, storage information and best before date. The Plantisserie follows industry best standards when handling allergens. However, we cannot guarantee any product is free from the following allergens: - WHEAT, RYE, BARLEY (GLUTEN) - SOYA - SESAME - MUSTARD - NUTS - SULPHITES It is The Customers responsibility to make The Plantisserie aware of any dietary requirements including any intolerances or allergies.
